This session will cover legal and technical topics relevant to disputes arising in the context of terminating derivatives.

The session will be led by David Quest QC from 3 Verulam Buildings, a commercial silk specialising in financial markets, banking and financial fraud, alongside Bruno Campana and Esther Mayr from FTI Consulting who will bring their expert perspective on the technical valuation challenges arising when early terminating complex or illiquid derivatives.
