Financial Markets Disputes Seminar:  Measuring risk and hedging with derivatives

In our next session of the series we will cover legal and technical topics relevant to disputes arising in the context of hedging financial risks through derivative instruments.

  

The session will be led by Richard Hanke and Charlotte Eborall from 3 Verulam Buildings, who, inter alia, specialise in banking disputes and financial services regulation.

They will be accompanied by Bruno Campana from FTI Consulting who will discuss challenges around the measurement of risks and the appropriateness of hedging solutions deployed for mitigating such risks.
