Dell’Omo is a Senior Director at FTI Consulting and is based in
Brentwood, TN. She is an accomplished perioperative leader with more
than 25 years of experience in healthcare. She has held positions in
administration, interim direction, education and consulting. As a
Surgical Services Director she has had operational responsibility for
all aspects of the perioperative environment including OR, endoscopy,
IR, Cath lab, pre-op, PACU, and central sterile where she was integral
in achieving or exceeding budget targets and improving patient, staff,
and physician satisfaction scores. In addition, Ms. Dell’Omo has had
experience in all aspects of supply chain improvement and
standardization.
Bonny
Chattopadhyay is a Director at FTI Consulting and is based in Chicago,
IL. Mr. Chattopadhyay is considered an expert in provider-based
analytics encompassing a spectrum of solutions from ambulatory care to
inpatient surgical procedures. He has designed analytical models and
established policies and procedures for large data sets including
EHR/EMR records, prescription and medical claims, hospital procedures,
disease categories, and provider directory data contributing to service
line growth, physician alignment and financial cost reductions. He also
has experience of nearly 10 years leading process improvement projects
for hospitals across the country.
