practice and is based in Washington, D.C. Ms. Conneely works primarily
on regulatory matters in the healthcare and life sciences industries,
assisting clients and their counsel in evaluating and managing
regulatory and compliance risks; responding to and investigating
allegations of fraud and other potential regulatory violations; and
identifying opportunities for procedural and operational improvements.
These engagements typically include the evaluation of existing and
historical systems, processes and controls; the analysis and
quantification of potential financial exposure; and the development of
integrated analytics and reporting tools to monitor compliance. Her
clients include hospital systems and post-acute healthcare providers;
companies throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain including
manufacturers, drug wholesalers, prescribers and retail pharmacies; and
commercial insurance plans.
David
DuBois is a Director in the Health Solutions practice of FTI Consulting
in Washington D.C. Mr. DuBois’ experience in the healthcare industry
includes leveraging large data sets and creating statistical models to
generate insights that add value to a company’s internal processes and
bottom line. Mr. DuBois has used this expertise to structure settlement
models in response to government investigations, develop key performance
indicators, and re-engineer major business functions to assist clients
in meeting legal and regulatory obligations. In his work, David has
worked with clients across the healthcare industry, such as health
systems, insurance providers, and firms throughout the pharmaceutical
supply chain, including manufacturers, distributors, and retail
pharmacies.
Rachel
Pinkham is a Senior Consultant in the Health Solutions practice and is
based in Washington, D.C. Ms. Pinkham’s experience has focused on
helping clients across the healthcare industry utilize data analytics
and statistical models to improve processes and mitigate regulatory and
compliance risks. In this work, Ms. Pinkham has developed powerful data
visualizations to guide clients in identifying opportunities to manage
risk, as well as assisting clients responding to investigations or
facing litigation.
