Drew
Goddin is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting. Mr. Goddin has been in
the healthcare industry for over 30 years and has worked on the
provider side of the business in various areas including Performance
Improvement and Analytics. He has also led several major ‘EHR’
implementations as a Vice President of Information Services. In addition
to Mr. Goddin’s work in hospitals, he has worked with a major
healthcare vendor to design and deploy their decision support system.
Over the past 10 years, he has been focused on consulting, specifically
around healthcare analytics. Mr. Goddin holds a Bachelors in Industrial
Engineering and a Masters in Healthcare Administration. While at FTI, he
has been responsible for the development of several automated analytic
solutions one of which he will discuss briefly, later in this Session.

Chuck
Holt is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting. He is a dynamic
healthcare professional with specific expertise in the successful
development and execution of physician enterprise strategy, advisory
services, and executive leadership roles. Mr. Holt has 25 years of
consulting and healthcare industry experience with proven results in
moving organizations to achieve higher performance and accountability.
In his most recent project engagements, Mr. Holt has redesigned and
leveraged people, processes, technologies, and facilities to centralize
call centers within primary care services. Additionally, he has served
as an expert witness and conducted operational due diligence for large
primary care organizations.
Alex Nolte Senior Consultant FTI Consulting Health Solutions
Alex
Nolte is a Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting and is based in
Brentwood, Tennessee. He is a member of the Health Solutions Valuation
Services team where he provides fair market value analyses related to
physician compensation, medical director compensation, and consulting
services compensation. In addition to Mr. Nolte’s valuation experience,
he has experience identifying cost saving opportunities for hospitals
through labor analytics, assisting with audits, and month-end closing.
